Ever feel like you blink and it's dinnertime - and the dream that's been on your heart just keeps getting pushed back?
Between running errands, answering texts, caring for family, navigating work, and trying to remember where you last saw your water bottle... your day gets eaten up by the urgent. And the important? It keeps getting pushed.
I get it. You're not scrolling Pinterest all day or binge-watching TV in your PJs. (Well, maybe just that one weekend, but we don't judge around here)
You're genuinely busy.
But what if I told you there are simple, doable ways to start making space for your dreams now?
Not next season. Not next month. Not when you magically get more time.
Because that time? It never comes. But this time? It's yours.
Let's talk about how to work with what you've got - without burning out.
You know that feeling when you finally sit down at the end of the day and realize... you don't even remember half of what you did?
That's why we start here: with a 48-hour time audit.

No guilt. No shame. Just a simple log of what's actually happening in your day.
Your workbook inside the Facebook group will guide you through it, but all you really need is a notebook, a Notes app, or a napkin if you're desperate. Track it all: errands, emails, helping with homework, phone scrolls, carpool lines.
Just noticing your patterns is the first win.
You might spot moments where you can swap scrolling for journaling, or see that the mid-morning slump is your perfect pocket for creativity. You may even realize you're doing more than you thought - and need to offload something.
You are not failing.
You're getting curious about your life.
And curiosity leads to clarity. Clarity leads to confidence.
This step? It changed everything for me.
Most time management advice sounds like this:
Wake up earlier
Time block your day
Master color-coded planners
But here's what I learned: if my brain is foggy at 2pm, no planner is going to save me.
What works? Working with your God-given rhythm.

I know I think best before lunch. So I block my mornings for high-focus dream work - the tasks that matter most to me.
After 2pm? That's when I shift to practical things like errands, emails, or prepping dinner. Tasks that matter, but don't require as much brainpower.
Here's a simple way to sort your tasks using your audit:
#1s: High-energy work (use your prime time here!)
#2s: Still important but less mentally demanding
#3s: Flexible tasks that can be moved if needed
#4s: Bite-sized tasks (under 15 minutes) for scraps of time
This isn't about becoming a morning person. It's about putting your dream work where it will thrive.
Because when you spend your best hours on what matters most, you create traction instead of burnout.
Have you heard the "big rocks" analogy?

If your day is like a jar and you fill it with sand (tiny tasks, interruptions, other people's priorities) first, you won't have room for the big rocks.
But if you put in the rocks first? Everything else can settle in around them.
Your big rocks are the things that only you can do. Your dream. Your calling. The ideas God placed in your heart.
But here's the key: you have to protect that space.
So next time someone asks for a favor or invites you to something that you're not sure fits... pause.
Give yourself 24 hours before saying yes. Be intentional.
When you protect your time, you teach others to do the same. And you start walking through your day with more clarity and confidence.
Big rocks first. Sand can wait.
This one's simple but powerful: Don't isolate.
When we feel behind, our instinct is to pull back. To get quiet. To wait until we "figure it all out."
But the truth is, the dream on your heart isn't just about you.
It's about who it will bless. It's about how God will use it.
So let someone walk with you.

Making space for your dream doesn't require a time machine.
It just requires intention:
Audit your time
Know your rhythm
Protect your priorities
And invite someone to walk with you
You don't need more hours in the day. You just need to give your best hours to the work that matters.
And friend? That work is worthy.
You are worthy.
Let's stop waiting for the perfect time and start making room now.
